Provider Agency Members
If your organization is a member of one of the sponsoring state home care associations, you qualify for the member rate.
Members enjoy exclusive discounted pricing — simply log in or register under your state association membership to unlock your rate.
Allied Business Partners / Vendors
Allied business representatives are welcome to attend at the non-member vendor rate of $1,200 per person.
